Unfortunately, it was a fraud/scammer that had posted the condo as their own on the platform. The resident tried to check in and was unable to do so because the host they booked with no longer had right of use to the condo due to lack of payment. The resident was glad to be able to book directly with Premier Corporate Housing which was $2,000/month less. Unfortunately, this booking platform did not provide the resident with a full refund from this scam.
